Dr. Windsor studied medicine at Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, DC and completed her paediatric training at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. She received subspecialty training in developmental and behavioural paediatrics from Boston Children’s Hospital, the primary paediatric program of Harvard Medical School in Massachusetts. She is also certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in general paediatrics and developmental-behavioural paediatrics.

In addition to delivering medical expertise, Dr. Windsor is passionate about partnering with parents, teachers, and other professionals to provide optimal developmental care for children.
